1. Stop paying all your credit card bills right NOW!
2. Incorporate yourself for cheap in Delaware. http://corp.delaware.gov/ It's what the ultra sleasy CC comps do, so should YOU!
3. Open an online bank account in delaware and contnue to put what money you can towards your credit cards in that account. Which is your new corporate account.
4. Get a tracfone. The telephone calls from the Giants will drive you mad. As soon as they find you, get another tracfone.
5. get a mailboxes etc. kind of mail service and change your mailbox every year.
6. The friendly credit card company will eventually (5 yrs. or so) invite you to a fun day in small claims court or a bigger court. Do not hire a lawyer, use the court appointed one.
7.You have no personal assets, offer to pay 30 cents on the dollar. As soon as they agree, whip out your corporate checkbook and write out the check. snickering all the while.

Have you gone mad and crazy simultaneously? That's a bad sign.
Anyhow, your prescription to eliminate Credit Card debt is very fine, though we does't not aspire to accumulate such in the first place.
Maybe we should run down to DC and make a stink with the CEO's of the "big three", hold them up, get some cash from the billions they get from Washington, and then move on.
